THE CHAMBERS

The right conversations.
Real commercial purpose.

The Qatar Africa Chambers of Commerce facilitates trade and commercial relationships between Qatar and African countries. We help African businesses find a route into Qatar, establish a presence and build relationships that support their growth. We also work with Qatar-based businesses and institutions exploring customers, suppliers and opportunities across Africa.

Our role is to bring the right conversations together. We connect market questions with local knowledge, professional expertise and commercial contacts, then help organisations move from an initial interest to a practical next step.

Bring your business
to Qatar

For an African company, Qatar may be a place to win customers, trade, establish operations or build a longer-term base. A supplier seeking its first buyer needs a different route from a company ready to hire a local team. We help clarify the commercial objective, identify the questions that require specialist advice and facilitate purposeful introductions. When several conversations need to come together, the Chambers can help coordinate them.

Expand your business
into Africa

For Qatar-based organisations, the Chambers provides a route to discuss trade, sourcing, investment interests and institutional relationships in African countries. We begin with a particular market and purpose, then consider which local knowledge, professional support or commercial conversations would be useful. Africa is not one market, and we do not treat it as one.

Good introductions
are just
the beginning.

An introduction can begin a relationship, but it rarely completes one. The Chambers creates opportunities for businesses and institutions to continue the conversation through membership, briefings and meetings with a defined commercial purpose.
